Judy Gibson began
modeling in her local market as a child and has made a career out of the love of what was
once a hobby. She started developing and managing models in 1981 and founded her first
agency, New Faces Model Management of Virginia in 1985. In 1995, she changed the name of
the agency to Judy Gibson and Associates with divisions in Agency, Model Management and
In-House Photography. In 1991, Judy
began shooting as a photographer, utilizing her years of experience working with models
and knowing what the clients want. |
| Judy has also styled for many other photographers to enhance and complete their
print work and has coordinated and produced many special and fashion events for local
malls, newspapers and department stores. Judy has established a good working relationship with other agents in Virginia,
the Carolina’s and the DC area. She has been successful networking and scouting for
agents in New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, Milan, Paris and Japan.
She has placed models and talent in the Eastern
Virginia area and has given the opportunity for local models to be placed with agencies in
the major markets. Her discovered models have been seen on the covers and inside of
national magazines and catalogs such as Seventeen, Bride, Victoria, Town & Country,
JCPenney, J. Crew, Avon, Neiman Marcus, Saks and have been seen in TV commercials for
Ponds, Stayfree, Hecht’s, and Noxzema, just to name a few.
Judy’s Agency work in the local Hampton Roads
area consists of Promotional, Print, Non-Sag TV Commercials and Runway Work.

Promotional Model
application Requirements
All applicants must be 18 years of
age and older. We are looking for attractive, friendly, energetic, articulate,
approachable who must have experience dealing with the public. Promotional rates for
events average $16-$25 hour.
